The Integrated Port Management System is considered one of the key enablers in providing an integrated view of the South African Port Logistics chain between the ports and other role players. The key focus areas of the solution are Marine Services, Port Operations and the integration of key critical systems to provide a holistic view of our Operations information for quicker decision making.

Our current services include the design of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Audit Tracking solutions (Food Safety, OHS, Construction). All our systems have built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules, with Offshore-Document Management services.  Our technical team also create Mobile Web solutions and the creation of process flow management solutions.

Mobile Applications Customized for both Android and Apple. Time & Attendance Solutions with Biometric Devices. For remote areas we use a web-based solution provided by ourselves. We also do ERP Solutions customized to clients’ needs, taking into account, staff, SOP’s, financials and logistics.

The database we utilize is MySQL and the language we write in is PHP, Angular, Javascript, Python and Windows.Net. We have successfully integrated our Labmin software with Syspro, Java, SAP, SAGE and Pastel.

We are one of a few companies to provide these services in these modular combinations. As a crucial part of the relationship we provide an Account Management Service at minimal additional cost when requested. We also recommend having a Dedicated Web server and a freestanding Internal Server that communicates on a daily basis or as needed via SSH or VPN connection. We recommend that the daily local server be used for work done in the laboratory and web server for backups and Access when local server goes down. This especially crucial for remote areas with poor connection problems.
